崗位職責：
1、在護理部主任的領導下，進行工作。
2、遵循院部的宗旨、目標、理念，擬定體檢科的工作目標與理念。

4、督促護理人員認真執(zhí)行各項規(guī)章制度和技術操作規(guī)范，嚴防差錯發(fā)生。
5、督促教育護理人員加強責任心改善服務態(tài)度，遵守勞動紀律，做好健康宣教工作。

2、嚴格執(zhí)行新生兒護士的準入制度、統(tǒng)籌安排人力資源,負責新生兒室護士的排班及工作分配,做到人性化、科學、彈性排班。
3、制定并不斷完善新生兒室各班工作職責、工作流程、?？谱o理常規(guī)、技術操作流程和新生兒健康教育內容。
4、加強新生兒室護理質量管理,注意護理安全,做好關鍵環(huán)節(jié)護理質量控制。
