職責(zé)描述:
1、參與智能制造項(xiàng)目前期評估和立項(xiàng)工作，開發(fā)可行性評估，參與項(xiàng)目售前工作，包括交付成本評估、報(bào)價及合同審核等，參與項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)場實(shí)施、售后服務(wù)等工作;
2、負(fù)責(zé)調(diào)研和分析客戶的需求，設(shè)計(jì)和優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程，制定有針對性的解決方案，并通過專業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理，協(xié)助和引導(dǎo)客戶完成項(xiàng)目實(shí)施工作;
3、作為智能制造工程資深專家，統(tǒng)籌資源并輸出智能規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，或整個改造集成方案，提供有效整體解決方案;
4、合理制定項(xiàng)目工作計(jì)劃，調(diào)節(jié)團(tuán)隊(duì)工作方式、工作計(jì)劃、合理設(shè)定項(xiàng)目目標(biāo);
5、輸出智能制造項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)資料，形成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系統(tǒng)實(shí)施文案;
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、工業(yè)自動化、機(jī)電等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有pmp證書;
3、熟悉mes系統(tǒng)、erp系統(tǒng)等大型生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃和導(dǎo)入;
4、熟悉自動化設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)，有中、大型非標(biāo)設(shè)備及全自動生產(chǎn)線或機(jī)械運(yùn)動控制、機(jī)器人運(yùn)動控制、智能制造相關(guān)整線設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
5、熟悉生產(chǎn)制造型企業(yè)的工藝流程，有制造業(yè)信息化規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
6、能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目開展，具備較強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)場管理及處理應(yīng)急事務(wù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及能力;

qualifications:
ba/bs in computer science， manufacturing engineering， electrical engineering， mathematics， statistics， or a related technical field， or equivalent practical e_perience.
3+ years of product management e_perience， ideally in erp， supply chain， or factory/manufacturing domains
fluent in english and can communicate in mandarin or cantonese
a track record of launching innovative products/features
understand customer or factory needs and gather product requirements.
identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.
impeccable written， verbal and presentation skills
technical understanding. you won't write code and we don't e_pect you to， but you do need to understand the implications of the features you're prioritizing and be able to communicate both ways with the engineers.
