職責描述:
教育經(jīng)歷:大專及以上學歷，高分子材料及成型專業(yè)
語言技能:會英語最佳
工具使用技能:會使用辦公軟件。其他(詳細說明):有5年以上工作經(jīng)驗。
1.產(chǎn)品設(shè)計階段評審，通過moldflow分析確定原材料、外觀、結(jié)構(gòu)及生產(chǎn)成本評估;
2.通過moldflow分析優(yōu)化壁厚，加強筋、確定澆口位置及數(shù)量;
3.在模具設(shè)計評審階段分析優(yōu)化澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)及排氣;
4.詳細描述模擬分析結(jié)果，問題點及建議改善方案;
5.追蹤實際生產(chǎn)情況，并與理論進行對比，對有重大改善的方案做案例追蹤報告;

1)、本科及以上學歷，年齡35周歲以下，熟練使用三維設(shè)計軟件(catia、ug、pro/e等)進行產(chǎn)品三維造型、分型;能夠繪制模具結(jié)構(gòu)圖、零件圖、加工工藝圖，有3年以上汽車內(nèi)飾件模具設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗。
2)、熟練使用mold-fiow軟件操作，并能獨立建立材料庫及出具完整分析報告，與優(yōu)化提案。
