崗位職責(zé)描述

線束質(zhì)量崗位的日常工作包括但不限于: - 對(duì)線束生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,確保每一步驟都符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 - 定期進(jìn)行質(zhì)量審計(jì),評(píng)估生產(chǎn)線的效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 - 分析質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù),識(shí)別潛在的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出改進(jìn)措施。 - 協(xié)調(diào)與供應(yīng)商的關(guān)系,確保原材料的質(zhì)量符合要求。 - 提供質(zhì)量培訓(xùn),提升員工的質(zhì)量意識(shí)和技能。 - 參與新產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量策劃,為設(shè)計(jì)和工程團(tuán)隊(duì)提供質(zhì)量反饋。

1. 質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn):執(zhí)行嚴(yán)格的首件檢驗(yàn)、過(guò)程檢驗(yàn)和最終檢驗(yàn),確保線束的電氣性能、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和外觀質(zhì)量。

2. 異常處理:當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題時(shí),及時(shí)通知生產(chǎn)線,協(xié)助分析原因,制定糾正和預(yù)防措施。

this position will assess, develop and qualify automotive suppliers in china and other countries, besides working on part qualification as well.

job description:

? work with studio, engineering and global supply management in any of the applicable needs in order to assess wire harness designs, drawings or suppliers to support proto parts readiness.

? work on a very early stage with engineering and gsm to align bom with potential suppliers for each of the direct material part numbers.

? support the activation of preferred suppliers, leading/supporting the selection of suppliers for projects and ensuring their early involvement at tender stage and throughout the product development.

? assure that the chosen suppliers are capable of supplying wire harness to the agreed specs, tolerances and function.

? drive wire harness apqp and ppap with suppliers, resolve any major issues during tier1 and vehicle harness assembly.

? create and maintain long-term relationships with wire harness suppliers.

? drive supplier negotiations as appropriate and perform regular supplier quality performance reviews, resolving any major issues.

? train the supplier quality organization, suppliers and byton employees on the supplier management tools and concepts.

basic qualifications:

? bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials, business or similar disciplines.

? 3 years’ e_perience in the automotive wire harness industry, be familiar with vehicle harness assembly.

? 3 years’ e_perience managing or assessing suppliers.

? knowledge of apqp/ppap.

? knowledge of metrics applied to supplier performance.

? good negotiation skills are required in order to develop strong relationship with suppliers.

? good problem solving and analytical skills are necessary to quickly identify problems and determine the best course of action.

? working knowledge of ts 16949 or vda 6.1/6.3

? availability to travel locally and internationally, 30%

? familiarity with capa and 8d

? familiarity with system and process audits

? familiarity with continuous improvement and poka-yoke technics

? good computer skills, especially with e_cel

? good knowledge of gd&t

desirable qualifications:

? fluency in mandarin & good in english are a must

? asq certifications

? knowledge of vda 6

? knowledge of statistics and of a statistical software

? knowledge of metrology
