原材料采購經(jīng)理 the incumbent shall

? responsible for identifying and developing ap regional category strategy in aligned with the global category strategy.

? work closely with global category team and ap country buyers to implement procurement strategies in ap region. proactively identify and support gcs projects to global business.

? responsible for supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, negotiation, and e_ecution of sourcing strategies for categories assigned ap region.

? proactively identify and drive cost saving and margin improvement projects, accurately analyzes total cost of product/service to meet business’s short- and long-term financial success. ensure competitive pricing versus industry trends and market place dynamics.

? engage with global and regional category team, global rmt team to identify and implement potential rm technical qualification projects for global and regional needs.

? understands the business’ challenges, issues, and future needs to create competitive strategies and plans. manage relationships with strategic suppliers to achieve cost advantages and sustain business growth.

? identify and drive continuous improvement in procurement and in the contractual relationship with the suppliers.

? develop comprehensive intelligence on supply market for category assigned to develop the middle to long term category strategy in the region.

qualifications

? bachelor degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or material science etc. mba desired but not required.

? 5-8 years or above sourcing e_perience on contract manufacturing, raw materials etc. in chemical industry.

? e_hibits high business ethics and principle based behavior.

? sufficient e_perience on sourcing knowledge, technologies and methodologies with proven track record of delivering savings to business.

? comprehensive understanding about chemical industry, chemical process and value chain as well as major producers in china;

? solid interpersonal/facilitation/influencing skills. ability to communicate across different levels, energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.

? ability to effectively manage projects including definition of goals, timing, resource requirements and e_ecution plan.

? strong analytical and negotiation skills.

? ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment.

? good command of english both in writing and speaking.

第2篇 裝飾材料采購經(jīng)理崗位職責

工作內(nèi)容:

1、負責項目材料的采購,掌握庫存數(shù)據(jù),優(yōu)選供應商,協(xié)商送貨上門,或聯(lián)系材料部貨車配送項目部;

2、及時對供應商的品牌地位、質(zhì)量價格比、供貨能力等進行詳細的市場調(diào)查,實地考察,搜集、評估供應商資料上報,充實合格供應商資料庫;

3、負責擴展,整理公司樣板庫,完善公司內(nèi)部材料信息系統(tǒng);根據(jù)項目對材料樣品的要求,詢價、取樣,獨立完成材料展示板的制作;

4、根據(jù)項目經(jīng)理簽字的材料采購單,對上規(guī)模主材及輔材的采購,篩選供應商競價,洽談采購合同,并配合施工進度跟蹤合同的執(zhí)行,非常規(guī)材料須經(jīng)項目經(jīng)理確認,方能達成交易;

5、根據(jù)項目要求,聯(lián)系供應商提供材料質(zhì)檢證明等必備資料;

6、根據(jù)項目實際情況制定材料進場計劃,保證項目落地的進度和質(zhì)量;

7、負責跟進材料的配送、完成材料驗收工作;

任職要求:

1、采購或室內(nèi)裝飾等相關專業(yè)大專以上學歷;

2、具有1年以上室內(nèi)裝飾的采購工作經(jīng)驗;

3、全面熟悉建筑裝飾工程所需的材料、工具、設備,局部評價分析的專業(yè)知識和能力;

4、熟悉采購流程,熟悉采購相關質(zhì)量管理體系、熟悉建筑裝飾材料及材料市場行情;

5、良好的職業(yè)道德操守,責任心強,有較強的團隊合作意識;

6、有較強的溝通、口頭表達能力、和良好的職業(yè)操守;

1、獨立完成招標采購全過程工作
