noc工程師 the noc engineer will proactively monitor and administer all monitoring
systems ensuring ma_imum uptime and system availability to the business. the network operations
engineer will provide 1st level engineering support to all technical groups including (devops， systems，
network， db and development) by responding to， investigating and resolving， or assisting in the resolution
of， in a timely manner， issues reported via the service desk and/or automated monitoring and alerting
systems such as prtg. the network operations engineer will assist the devops and infrastructure
teams in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects. perform responsibilities in accordance with all
company standards， policies and procedures by doing the following duties.
provide 1st level engineering and administrative support for devops， network， windows， and
linu_ based infrastructure and systems.
? assist technology operations engineering staff in day-to-day engineering and administrative
duties.
? assist technology operations engineering staff in implementations， upgrades and patches of
systems.
? work as part of the noc team in support of business objectives， troubleshooting issues and
outages， program implementations and client requests.
? manage trouble ticket queue， adhering to itil change and incident management processes.
? create and maintain documentation for functional areas of responsibility including play books for
other staff members of the noc team.
? assist in internal customer networking issues.
? assist information security team in meeting all security compliance regulations and requirements.

工作職責:
1.利用網(wǎng)管平臺實時監(jiān)控云平臺系統(tǒng)的運行狀態(tài)，對檢測到的問題，能夠根據(jù)問題的類型、嚴重程度，及時協(xié)調(diào)跟進人員進行處理;
2.通過接收各產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)告警電話，管理故障處理跟蹤系統(tǒng)的事件報告，協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)人員完成故障的處理;
3.根據(jù)要求進行故障排查、情況收集和故障處理反饋，解決云平臺遇到的網(wǎng)絡(luò)、系統(tǒng)等多方面的問題;
4.能夠響應(yīng)/處理初級網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障/服務(wù)器故障
任職要求:
1.目前這個崗位希望有機房運維經(jīng)驗，服務(wù)器硬件相關(guān)底子的伙伴。一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
2.非常熟悉windows server、linu_/uni_操作系統(tǒng)，可以快速建立常用應(yīng)用環(huán)境，能夠快速判斷解決常見問題和故障;
3.了解交換機、路由器等網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備、tcp/ip、網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用協(xié)議;
4.有操作系統(tǒng)或網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護以及服務(wù)器維護經(jīng)驗，有一定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障、系統(tǒng)故障、應(yīng)用服務(wù)故障的分析調(diào)試能力優(yōu)先考慮;
5.具備ccnp/ccie/rhce 優(yōu)先考慮，熟悉linu_和uni_具有red hat 認證優(yōu)先;
6.適應(yīng)7_24工作體系優(yōu)先考慮，一個月4-5個夜班。
