任職要求:
基本學(xué)歷:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,項(xiàng)目管理、工程管理、工民建等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2.3年以上工程項(xiàng)目管理、工程項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理工作經(jīng)歷;
其他要求:
1.具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力以及學(xué)習(xí)新知識(shí)的能力;具備良好的執(zhí)行能力、問題解決分析能力;
2.熟悉工程管理知識(shí),熟悉國(guó)家及地方相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)范、規(guī)程;
3.能熟練運(yùn)用office、project、cad等軟件
4.工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)與協(xié)作精神;

職責(zé)描述:
依據(jù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)進(jìn)度完成質(zhì)量開發(fā)任務(wù)，參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)的討論、評(píng)審、試驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)收，對(duì)項(xiàng)目前期質(zhì)量各環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行發(fā)布、確認(rèn)、追蹤、推動(dòng)改進(jìn)。
任職要求:
職責(zé)一:負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量策劃
1、 依據(jù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)進(jìn)度完成質(zhì)量開發(fā)任務(wù)，并實(shí)施連續(xù)性檢查、測(cè)試和分析制度，確保符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)
2、 負(fù)責(zé)獲取客戶的質(zhì)量要求，組織相關(guān)單位分析原因及對(duì)策報(bào)告，提出質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方案以改進(jìn)質(zhì)量、成本和整體效率
3、 參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)試驗(yàn)的討論、評(píng)審、試驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)收
4、 建立gp-12早期生產(chǎn)遏制工位

1、 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)項(xiàng)目前期質(zhì)量各環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行發(fā)布、確認(rèn)、追蹤、推動(dòng)改進(jìn)以及對(duì)改善零件的驗(yàn)證。
2、 負(fù)責(zé)新開發(fā)的零部件、原材料的試裝試用進(jìn)行跟蹤、檢查、督促整改、監(jiān)督評(píng)價(jià)。
3、 根據(jù)開發(fā)研發(fā)過程中的問題，及時(shí)召開全面質(zhì)量分析會(huì)，提出限定時(shí)間，整改計(jì)劃，掌握整改情況
職責(zé)三:供應(yīng)商定點(diǎn)評(píng)審
1、 參與對(duì)供應(yīng)商的評(píng)審考核，并提出定點(diǎn)意見和整改
2、 對(duì)量產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)供應(yīng)商做質(zhì)量提升支持，跟蹤整改措施有效性和可持續(xù)性

(前期)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理工程師 asqe [main responsibilities]
1. the role of an advanced supplier quality (asq) engineer is to ensure the e_ecution of the advanced product quality planning (apqp) process and its completion in due time and follow up the performance of the supplier. the main missions of the role are to:
2. deploy apqp related to the development phase (or in current production) of bought-out parts following the group's purchasing requirements
3. assess suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer in order to complete the global panel evaluation
4. give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through program management
5. manage progress plan with low-performance suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer
6. manage the process qualification(trial run at rate & process audit)with plant supplier quality assurance (sqa) engineer and program quality engineer
7. follow the apqp progress with the status report and take decision in collaboration with the program team
8. train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied
9. monitor the production part approval before the transfer to the plant and hand over to the plant sqa engineer
10. manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations
11. conduct supplier panel assessments in accordance to the commodity/the process & technology responsibilities
