工作概要 job summary

3. 負責下屬質(zhì)量工程師的目標設(shè)定、績效考核、培訓(xùn)提升工作
4.制定sqe團隊對與供應(yīng)商定期溝通計劃，并推動實施
5. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)sqe 團隊，維護供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系并不斷完善和優(yōu)化
6.根據(jù)公司項目需要，參與重點或戰(zhàn)略供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)過程
7. 組織供應(yīng)商會議，供應(yīng)商不合格品的退貨和相關(guān)索賠
8. 負責提供供應(yīng)商供貨質(zhì)量業(yè)績，并參與供應(yīng)商業(yè)績評估
9. 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織sqe團隊針對供應(yīng)商進行定期評價，并對高風險供應(yīng)商采取措施消除風險。
10. 針對供應(yīng)商流出的重大質(zhì)量問題，監(jiān)督督促供應(yīng)商按時、按期的實施100%有效的糾正與預(yù)防措施。

資格和要求 qualification and requirements:
1.教育：大學本科及以上，電子、制造或機械工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先
2.工作經(jīng)歷：5年及以上汽車行業(yè)的質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗，及3年以上供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，對于機械制造（塑料件加工及金屬品壓鑄）有2年以上的質(zhì)量控制相關(guān)技術(shù)經(jīng)驗。有獨立解決相關(guān)問題的能力，具備電子產(chǎn)品及半導(dǎo)體的相關(guān)知識。
3. 專業(yè)知識/技能：

供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)理
1根據(jù)iso及化妝品標桿企業(yè)標準,建立和完善供應(yīng)商管理體系和相關(guān)文件,確保供應(yīng)商符合質(zhì)量標準和要求。
2.根據(jù)上年度供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)、供貨績效等級,制定供應(yīng)商年度審核計劃并進行實施,及時出具審核報告,達到對供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量監(jiān)控。
3.根據(jù)供應(yīng)商開發(fā)需求,與相關(guān)部門確定新供應(yīng)商審核計劃,并按計劃進行準入審核,出具審核報告,使新供應(yīng)商準入可控。
