(1)負責整個項目的創(chuàng)意方案設計,具有新穎的、現代的設計理念;
(2)深度研究客戶需求,研發(fā)適合別墅客戶的新型高端營銷體驗方案或工具的研發(fā);
(3)較強的方案構思及手繪能力,熟悉掌握繪圖軟件,硬裝關聯(lián)造型設計、產品設計的風格研究;
(4)深度研發(fā)高端別墅生活所需的生活方式、設計功能實現、別墅工藝的設計標準研究。
(5)負責材料選樣及現場施工交底與指導,熟悉高檔別墅設計施工流程;
(6)溝通能力強,較強的組織協(xié)調能力,綜合知識面廣,談單、業(yè)務能力強者優(yōu)先。
任職資格:
(1)裝飾設計、室內設計等相關專業(yè)大專以上學歷;
(2)具有10年以上高端設計工作室、工裝團隊主案設計師經驗,成功設計過大戶型別墅案例,獨立負責過家裝、工裝項目,并有帶領團隊工作的經驗;
(3)有較強的視覺搭配能力,對藝術有自己的理解,有一定的時尚感,具有過硬的硬裝設計功底及較強的軟裝設計及方案指導能力;
(4)對設計實施、施工工藝、材料、產品深度了解并熟知,具備一定的機電、暖通專業(yè)領域知識及應用能力;
(5)能熟練操作autocad、photoshop等相關軟件,善于溝通,表達能力強,有團隊力。
