崗位職責(zé)】
① 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理組建銷售團(tuán)隊(duì);
② 達(dá)成公司整體銷售、營(yíng)運(yùn)目標(biāo),保證資金正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),落實(shí)廠家直銷及特約店對(duì)銷售展廳、銷售業(yè)務(wù)的管理;
③ 執(zhí)行公司各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)、培訓(xùn)及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程;
【崗位要求】

職位描述:
崗位職責(zé):
一、客戶開(kāi)發(fā):在銷售區(qū)域內(nèi),針對(duì)篩選出的目標(biāo)客戶群策劃和開(kāi)展客戶開(kāi)發(fā)活動(dòng);
二、銷售活動(dòng):開(kāi)展銷售討論:建立與客戶的直接聯(lián)系,分析客戶需求,產(chǎn)品介紹,開(kāi)展系統(tǒng)性車輛展示,并積極地使客戶參與到活動(dòng)中去;

職位要求:
1.熟練使用辦公軟件的運(yùn)用,有摩托駕駛執(zhí)照并且熟練駕駛車輛;

3.具有良好的的銷售與談判能力、溝通表達(dá)能力、以及較強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃執(zhí)行能力;
