中國的學(xué)生如何書寫出國留學(xué)的申請(qǐng)書
我們的assignment通常分為兩種形式，一是essay, 一是report.二者在形式上有所差別，,但大體相同。assignment上面會(huì)對(duì)寫成essay還是report格式作出明確要求。在閱讀題目時(shí)，請(qǐng)盡量仔細(xì)。
相同點(diǎn)：
1、字體：times new roman, 字號(hào)：小四， 行距：1.5倍。請(qǐng)有寫作之前就把這些格式調(diào)好，以避免寫好后再調(diào)會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些意相不到的'情況。
2、段與段之間隔行。每段不要求像中文寫作那樣空兩格，而是直接頂格寫。
下面還有一些相同點(diǎn)，我在兩種文體分開討論時(shí)，再涉及。
區(qū)別：
essay:
essay的寫作相對(duì)report要簡單一些。通常只包括三個(gè)部分，introduction, main body, conclusion. introduction 包括topic的背景介紹和文章要解決的主要問題。一般占總字?jǐn)?shù)的10%左右。main body是主體部分，占總字?jǐn)?shù)80%左右。如果題目中作了具體要求，就根據(jù)題目提到的幾個(gè)方面來逐一討論就可以了。有的題目沒有作具體要求，就根據(jù)自己的構(gòu)思來寫。但要求有邏輯性。conclusion也是占10%，在這一段里把文章中的主要觀點(diǎn)用一到兩句話概括出來。
essay 可以不寫題目，不要把小標(biāo)題加粗。
reference的寫作是兩種形式都要涉及的，我放在最后來詳細(xì)說。
