職責(zé)描述：
1.負(fù)責(zé)事業(yè)部工藝質(zhì)量管理工作，參加事業(yè)部生產(chǎn)調(diào)度會，落實生產(chǎn)調(diào)度令。
2.根據(jù)施工計劃制定施工圖紙、工藝文件的輸出計劃，并組織實施；監(jiān)控工作過程，解決工作中的問題，糾正輸出計劃實施中的偏差。
3.負(fù)責(zé)或協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)中心制定重點修理項目的工藝方案，指導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵、特殊工序的落實執(zhí)行；參與技改計劃并協(xié)調(diào)落實，對生產(chǎn)提供有效技術(shù)支持。
4.審核工程質(zhì)量控制計劃、措施，并組織落實；審核工程質(zhì)量報告。
5.深入施工現(xiàn)場了解施工過程，及時處理現(xiàn)場出現(xiàn)的技術(shù)工藝問題；協(xié)助機電主管實施驗船師、船東代表的技術(shù)意見和建議；組織處理質(zhì)量投訴和質(zhì)量事故。
6.負(fù)責(zé)有關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等資料的跟蹤收集和管理。
7.參加對施工單位的質(zhì)量考評。
職位要求：
1.25-35歲，大專及以上學(xué)歷，輪機、管系船舶與海洋工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2.三年及以上船舶行業(yè)相關(guān)專業(yè)技術(shù)質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗。
3.具有較高的專業(yè)知識水平和較強的實際應(yīng)用能力、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理水平，能進行相關(guān)工程設(shè)計、工藝方案制定和現(xiàn)場技術(shù)指導(dǎo)、質(zhì)量檢驗。英語聽、說、讀、寫流利，文字表達(dá)能力強。

1.確保汽車產(chǎn)品沖壓及焊接質(zhì)量,對本車間出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題進行及時的處理,制定相應(yīng)的整改預(yù)防措施,并監(jiān)督和跟蹤整改預(yù)防措施的落實情況;
2.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計劃,做好生產(chǎn)過程中原材料的跟催,對完不成任務(wù)的班組及時分析原因,找出完不成任務(wù)的主要影響因素,并積極采取對策協(xié)商、溝通解決;
3.積極推行車間現(xiàn)場“6s”管理,做到現(xiàn)場物放有序、通道暢通、標(biāo)志清晰、衛(wèi)生潔凈、無雜物、無積水、無油污,為員工創(chuàng)造一個環(huán)境潔凈優(yōu)雅的工作環(huán)境;
4.貫徹、執(zhí)行公司的成本控制目標(biāo),加強對車間原材料使用的控制,確保在提高產(chǎn)量、保證質(zhì)量的前提下不斷降低生產(chǎn)成本;
5.深入貫徹公司的安全生產(chǎn)制度,加強本車間員工的安全教育,定期召開安全會議,定期對車間進行安全隱患排查,確保安全文明生產(chǎn);
6.根據(jù)公司的考核辦法規(guī)定,嚴(yán)格要求本車間員工遵守本公司各項規(guī)章制度,并嚴(yán)格車間考核制度;

任職資格:

4、工作經(jīng)驗要求:5年同類崗位經(jīng)驗,3年以上客車行業(yè)車身焊接車間管理工作經(jīng)驗,曾擔(dān)任助理職位為佳; 熟悉沖焊車間的運作及業(yè)務(wù)流程
5、其他技能要求:了解汽車覆蓋件沖壓成型技術(shù)、車身焊接制造的相關(guān)知識;熟悉沖壓生產(chǎn)工藝、車身焊接生產(chǎn)工藝和流程;了解沖焊裝車間生產(chǎn)管理、沖焊技術(shù)、沖焊設(shè)備、安全生產(chǎn)等方面的專業(yè)知識;熟練運用word、e_cel辦公軟件及掌握catia、auto-cad制圖軟件。
