·maintain up to date knowledge of the adp bob template, products & service practices, and labor law.

·escalate project issues to implementation manager including scope variations, task slippages and any risks that may arise during the project.

·liaise with internal teams to ensure that client's requirements are understood and timeframes are adhered to;

1、與業(yè)務(wù)部門進行需求調(diào)研溝通,需求調(diào)研、業(yè)務(wù)需求討論與設(shè)計,確定需求邊界。充分理解用戶需求,并通過對需求可行性分析結(jié)果,引導用戶提出合理的業(yè)務(wù)需求,組織產(chǎn)品、項目需求分析工作,確定需求方案;

2、負責產(chǎn)品模塊及功能設(shè)計,完成產(chǎn)品需求詳細規(guī)格說明書文檔、產(chǎn)品原型設(shè)計;

3、配合測試人員編寫測試計劃、測試用例、測試報告的編寫、問題缺陷的發(fā)現(xiàn)及跟蹤,進行測試;

4、負責需求階段各類文檔編制;

職位要求:1、本科及以上學歷,2年以上人力資源管理軟件項目需求分析工作經(jīng)驗或?qū)嵤┕ぷ鹘?jīng)驗;

2、較強的業(yè)務(wù)流程及業(yè)務(wù)模型理解、分析、設(shè)計能力;較強的用戶需求判斷、引導、控制能力;豐富的客戶(及內(nèi)部)溝通經(jīng)驗,能快速把握需求的核心要點;

3、對于需求、開發(fā)、ui、ue之間協(xié)作關(guān)系的清晰認知;

4、具有優(yōu)秀的文檔撰寫能力和文檔規(guī)范。
