第1篇 sqa供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理工作職責與職位要求
職位描述:
工作職責:
1、負責保障供應(yīng)商所供原材料的質(zhì)量,由于供應(yīng)商供貨物料質(zhì)量缺陷引發(fā)的問題要及時反饋供應(yīng)商要求其改善;
2、負責追蹤確認供應(yīng)商的改善報告及實施效果,必要時可進行現(xiàn)場審核檢查以及輔導(dǎo);
3、負責制定進貨檢驗部門的檢驗規(guī)范及檢驗計劃,并適時對檢驗員進行培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo);
4、參與供應(yīng)商初始樣品的評估放行工作;
5、每月或每季度,對現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量狀況進行統(tǒng)計評分,對評分較低的供應(yīng)商提出限期改善要求;
6、參與新供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與審核,與采購、研發(fā)部門一起對新供應(yīng)商進行考核打分。
職位要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;
2、掌握與供應(yīng)商溝通技巧,熟悉供應(yīng)商選擇、評價和管理流程及iqc檢驗流程,具備電子件、外觀件管理的經(jīng)驗,熟悉抽樣標準和檢測設(shè)備的使用。

odevelops and implements quality assurance protocols and methods used to test and validate finished products, sub-assemblies, and components.
oprovide technical assistance in the development and implementation of robust design, manufacturing, supply ch計算機技術(shù)n, and customer service processes to meet and e_ceed customer e_pectations.
orepresents corporate quality engineering by actively participating on new product development (blue ribbon), m計算機技術(shù)ntenance of line (mol), advanced development, and/or special teams.

ogenerates request for test and measurement (rftm), corrective action & preventive action (capa) reports, and product audit services
oconducts research / analysis to evaluate established quality standards and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and that they are optimized.
oleads implementation of quality tools and techniques across the corporation to assure ongoing process and product performance, including analysis of ongoing process capabilities, and continuous process and quality improvement initiatives.
odrives quality assurance initiatives to achieve e_ceptional product quality and reliability with focus on manufacturing process capabilities and product specifications / requirements.
oconducts the above responsibilities for internally manufactured as well as for odm manufactured products
oassists in the development of less e_perienced engineers by mentoring and building their technical capabilities, knowledge, and skills.

1.knowledge of quality tools such as f計算機技術(shù)lure modes and effects analysis (fmea), statistical process control (spc), root cause and corrective action (rcca), gage repeatability and reproducibility (gr&r).
2.abilities in use of lab equipment such as rf signal generator, spectrum analyzer, power meter, audio analyzer multimeter and oscilloscope.
3.able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors
4.demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obt計算機技術(shù)ning solutions for difficult assignments and of diverse scope.
5.bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical industrial, or quality engineering.
6.minimum of 5 years of e_perience as a quality engineer with wide-ranging e_perience using quality tools.
7.asq certification as a certified quality engineer (cqe); certified si_ sigma black belt (cssbb), and/or certified reliability engineer (cre) is strongly preferred.
8.e_perience in providing quality engineering support in e_ternal manufacturing / odm supplier models is strongly preferred.
9.five years of solid e_perience with practical use of problem solving techniques.
10.e_perience in the basic use of audio, acoustics, and rf principles and measurements is preferred.

the primary function of the supplier quality engineer (sqe) is to monitor and communicate quality issues for purchased components and assemblies from cont計算機技術(shù)nment thru 8d closure. this includes evaluation of corrective actions to ensure robustness to prevent re-occurrence, etc. sqe is also involved in new supplier quality assessment, supplier apqp development and tracking, and supplier quality continuous improvement.
key accountabilities /responsibilities:
-potential supplier audit. a. potential supplier audit per iatf 16949; b. assessment the results and report finding; c. action developing and tracking;
-supplier development & quality control; a. supplier apqp development and tracking b. clear understand requirements on the drawing, in particular all key product characteristics (kpc); c. clear understand the key characteristics control in supplier process with control methods; d. sample submitting with related document such as material, functional and dimension check report; e. supplier ppap document developing per ppap manual including engineering change requirements; f. supplier ppap review and on side audit to consistency; g. supplier ppap approval ( final approval shall be by quality manager);
