distinguished guests, distinguished delegates, ladies and gentlemen, and all the friends:
at this special time of wonderful august, with a pleasant subtropical climate in _iamen, our respectable guests are here getting together , undertaken by _mu , the 2022 10th international conference on natural computation and the 2022 11th international conference on fuzzy systems and knowledge discovery , will be open. now, first of all, please allow me to give our hearty welcome to all of
you present, and thank you , for your friendly coming. we feel so proud, and appreciated as well to be the host of the event.
it is a great honor for us to have all you here to attend this conference, of which the theme is the academic e_change about the advanced technologies on computer science. here i’d be delighted to introduce our conventioneers in brief. apart from our faculty and students, most of the delegates and guests are prestigious e_perts and scientists, who are related in these fields from all over the world. with many significant achievements, they are the most dynamic leaders in the movements of the science and technology.
icnc-fskd is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of data mining and intelligent methods inspired from nature, particularly biological, linguistic, and physical systems, with applications to computers, circuits, systems, control, communications, and more. this is an e_citing and emerging interdisciplinary area in which a wide range of theory and methodologies are being investigated and developed to tackle comple_ and challenging problems. as the host, i would like to take this opportunity to give you a general introduction about our school..
_iamen university(_mu), founded in 1921 ,is the first university in china founded by overseas chinese. before 1949, it was named university of amoy. the school motto: 'pursue e_cellence, strive for perfection (自強(qiáng)不息, 止于至善)'. now this university ranked the 13th in china, which is in the front rank in china and maintain the top 20 ranking in china. this university is one of the comprehensive universities directly affiliated with the education ministry, is located in the city of _iamen in fujian province. in 1995 it was included in the list of the “211 project” for the state key construction; in 2000 it became one of china’s higher-level universities designated for the state key construction of the “985 project”.
for this conference, we are following the agenda here. the meeting is supposed to last for three days，and to be separated into two parts. to begin with , we’ll invite some representatives from our guests to give lectures about their latest researches and reports on the issue, and then we will have some symposiums. during the conference we are pleased to be your guide to this city. if anything needed, don’t hesitate to contact us. we believe by our collaboration we are sure to make this gathering a consummation.

第2篇 中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)外交部長(zhǎng)李肇星在伊拉克問(wèn)題國(guó)際會(huì)議上的發(fā)言公眾演講
主席先生：
我謹(jǐn)代表中國(guó)政府，向伊拉克問(wèn)題國(guó)際會(huì)議的召開(kāi)表示祝賀，并預(yù)祝會(huì)議取得成功。
布魯塞爾是一座千年古城，它經(jīng)歷過(guò)戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的硝煙，也見(jiàn)證過(guò)和平的慶典。在這里，我深切感受到，和平最珍貴、最重要。我衷心希望國(guó)際社會(huì)凝聚共識(shí)，攜手努力，幫助伊拉克人民早日過(guò)上和平生活，走好發(fā)展道路。
主席先生，
中國(guó)支持根據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)第1546號(hào)等相關(guān)決議，盡快妥善解決政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和安全問(wèn)題。我談幾點(diǎn)想法：
第一，政治上，要實(shí)現(xiàn)“伊人治伊”。伊拉克屬于全體伊拉克人民，它的前途只能由伊拉克人民自主決定。我們應(yīng)該幫助伊拉克過(guò)渡政府和人民全面推進(jìn)伊拉克和平與重建進(jìn)程，確保伊拉克政治進(jìn)程的代表性、包容性和透明度，推動(dòng)各民族、各派別實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)話與和解，共同致力于國(guó)家重建。
伊拉克局勢(shì)涉及國(guó)際和地區(qū)和平與安全。解決伊拉克問(wèn)題，必須發(fā)揮聯(lián)合國(guó)的重要作用，傾聽(tīng)伊拉克鄰國(guó)及阿拉伯國(guó)家的聲音，照顧它們的合理關(guān)切，發(fā)揮它們的積極作用。
第二，安全上，要進(jìn)行綜合治理。伊拉克重建的順利開(kāi)展，很大程度上取決于能否有良好的安全環(huán)境。我們譴責(zé)針對(duì)平民的暴力事件，也希望多國(guó)部隊(duì)切實(shí)承擔(dān)責(zé)任，努力穩(wěn)定安全局勢(shì)。加快伊拉克軍隊(duì)和警察的重建工作固然重要，但也要看到，目前存在的安全問(wèn)題具有深層次原因，需要采取綜合性解決辦法。
在今年4月的伊拉克鄰國(guó)外長(zhǎng)會(huì)議上，各國(guó)承諾合作打擊跨境恐怖主義活動(dòng)，改善本地區(qū)安全形勢(shì)。中國(guó)表示歡迎和支持，也希望國(guó)際社會(huì)提供幫助。
第三，經(jīng)濟(jì)上，要恢復(fù)“造血”機(jī)能。多年的制裁和戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)使伊拉克經(jīng)濟(jì)命脈受到破壞。對(duì)伊拉克經(jīng)濟(jì)重建來(lái)說(shuō)，最重要的是恢復(fù)其“造血”機(jī)能，讓伊拉克豐富的自然和人力資源充分發(fā)揮作用。國(guó)際社會(huì)要切實(shí)兌現(xiàn)馬德里會(huì)議作出的援助承諾，并加強(qiáng)各國(guó)和各國(guó)際機(jī)構(gòu)間的協(xié)調(diào)。一個(gè)公平、透明的環(huán)境有利于調(diào)動(dòng)各方積極參與重建的積極性。
主席先生，
中國(guó)人民是伊拉克人民值得信賴的朋友。我們正在認(rèn)真落實(shí)對(duì)伊拉克2500萬(wàn)美元援助和較大幅度減免伊拉克所欠債務(wù)的承諾。我們已向伊拉克大選提供了100萬(wàn)美元援助，并為伊拉克培訓(xùn)外交官以及經(jīng)濟(jì)管理和能源開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域的人才。中國(guó)將繼續(xù)積極致力于伊拉克的重建進(jìn)程。我們祝愿伊拉克人民和平、幸福！
