5.負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)bim行業(yè)前沿技術(shù)的研究,提高團(tuán)隊(duì)bim整體技術(shù)實(shí)力。

第15篇 土建bim專員崗位職責(zé)職位要求

職責(zé)描述:

1、負(fù)責(zé)bim樣板建立、模型搭建和維護(hù)、管理等基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用工作;

2、基于bim模型,完成bim在項(xiàng)目上各階段的應(yīng)用,包括出圖、工程量統(tǒng)計(jì)、方案模擬、進(jìn)度模擬、質(zhì)量樣板、技術(shù)交底、指導(dǎo)或協(xié)助項(xiàng)目部展開bim應(yīng)用等;

3、 負(fù)責(zé)與bim相關(guān)的技術(shù)交流和技術(shù)培訓(xùn)的組織和管理工作。

4、 負(fù)責(zé)bim交付成果的質(zhì)量管理,并完成數(shù)據(jù)文件的接收與交付。

崗位要求:

1、大專以上學(xué)歷,土木工程、或工業(yè)與民用建筑專業(yè)畢業(yè);

2、有1年以上bim相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷,具備土建專業(yè)的施工圖識(shí)圖能力,熟悉revit、navisworks等軟件,持有bim建模師證書者優(yōu)先錄用;

3、學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),善于吸收收新技術(shù)新知識(shí);

4、具有良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神。
