職責(zé)描述:
1.負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)公司質(zhì)量管理方針和質(zhì)量目標(biāo)，制定工廠質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)和質(zhì)量管理策略
2.負(fù)責(zé)編寫制定生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)和控制規(guī)范
3.負(fù)責(zé)工廠的產(chǎn)品審核及試裝零件的評(píng)價(jià)
4.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品試生產(chǎn)和批量生產(chǎn)階段的主模型和綜合匹配樣件的開發(fā)，以及借助樣架對(duì)零部件和整車匹配狀態(tài)的評(píng)價(jià)和分析
5.負(fù)責(zé)與生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的市場(chǎng)質(zhì)量問題的分析整改
6.負(fù)責(zé)工廠工具和檢具的管理和標(biāo)定
7.負(fù)責(zé)批量生產(chǎn)整車的安全環(huán)保、機(jī)械與電器性能、舒適性、產(chǎn)品一致性的檢測(cè)，問題的分析及整改
8.負(fù)責(zé)部門團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)
9.負(fù)責(zé)完成上級(jí)部門布置的其他工作
任職要求:
1.本科以上學(xué)歷，汽車、機(jī)電類，或者其他理工科專業(yè)，十年以上整車質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2. 熟悉整車開發(fā)流程，熟悉整車生產(chǎn)工藝流程及其質(zhì)量管理方法
3.了解與整車生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的法律法規(guī)，具有整車廠質(zhì)量管理方面管理崗位工作經(jīng)歷
4. 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力，組織協(xié)調(diào)能力及問題解決能力

質(zhì)量總監(jiān)崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1、完善質(zhì)安體系的建設(shè);
2、保障體系運(yùn)行，監(jiān)督制度落實(shí);
3、能夠有效發(fā)現(xiàn)并排除施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全隱患，保障安全文明施工;
4、及時(shí)掌握施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)度及生產(chǎn)情況，針對(duì)施工過程存在的不安全隱患提出整改意見和措施;
任職資格:
1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，土建相關(guān)工程類專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷;
2、8年以上房地產(chǎn)質(zhì)量、安全管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能獨(dú)立協(xié)調(diào)及解決質(zhì)量安全的各類問題;
3、熟知建筑行業(yè)安全質(zhì)量管理規(guī)范，熟悉國(guó)家及行業(yè)其他規(guī)范、強(qiáng)制性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條文及法律法規(guī);
4、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作、分析、判斷及溝通能力。

第3篇 供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量總監(jiān)崗位職責(zé)任職要求
供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量總監(jiān)崗位職責(zé)
供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量總監(jiān) job responsibilities:
- take part of the decision for new suppliers (pre sourcing decisions)
- work in projects related with new suppliers
- be able to analyze the production processes of the suppliers (feasibility process approval).
- work out improvement activities together with the suppliers and force to fulfill them
- take part on potential supplier analysis for the technical section
- take the responsibility in the complaint management (trouble shooting) by the suppliers in case of actual quality matters on jv side (front desk sqa)
- support according the plant sqa escalation levels of insufficient delivery performances
- give technical support for the purchasing， and the technical departments
- leading sourcing board activities from tech jv and cm jv side in regards to purchasing and supplier quality related topics
qualification requirements:
- bachelor's degree or above， majored in mechanical engineering or related
- strong e_perience and technical e_pertise in automobile parts and processes and minimum 8 year working e_perience with automobile company on supplier development and quality control job， minimum 3 years working e_perience in oem
- solid supplier quality management e_perience in an international company
- minimum 5 year working e_perience on management role as supplier quality and development manager
- good command of quality audit system and quality tools (apqp，vda，etc.)
- good communication skills in both english and chinese
