basic functions
this person will be responsible for commercial and service operations to develop kohler-branded water filtration / water heater operation strategy, procedures and processes, manage the service and quality system of kohler water filtration, coordinate commercial and after-sales-service activities.
specific responsiblities
? develop commercial and service operation strategy, processes and procedures to support sales growth plan
? develop innovative service business model including water solution / equipment rental
? support distributors in building up service competencies including product/technical training, user data management, procedures to ensure high quality of user service will be delivered
? provide constant product training and technical training for 400 call center and tsa technicians, as well as develop related operation procedures and kpi setting
? product quality data collection and analysis for continuous improvement
? manage professional 3rd party who provide installation, maintenance and repair service activities to customers with proper kpi setting in accordance with different channel’s needs
relationships and contacts
? report to gm-water filt, water heater, k&b china
? frequent contact with distributors commercial and after-sales service teams
? frequent contact with kohler engineering team and outside testing institutions
? frequent contacts with the 3rd party and internal suppliers
? frequent contact with technical service team
education and e_perience requirements
? at least 8 years of relevant e_perience from water filtration products with progressive quality and technical service e_perience
? bachelor degree in engineering or relevant discipline
? capable in communication/coordination with distributors for new business service model and conduct professional trainings
? good understanding of product developing, quality assurance system and technical service system is a must.
? good at managing 3rd party suppliers
? proficient in english and mandarin
? frequent travels are required

1. 組織項目實施質(zhì)量檢驗工作
1.1建立和實施關(guān)于工程項目質(zhì)量各過程的(iqc/ipqc/fpqc/foqc)檢驗規(guī)范,并對文件進行完善;
1.2.按規(guī)范組織工程項目實施各過程交付物的檢驗與試驗;

1.6參與工程項目中相關(guān)產(chǎn)品/設(shè)備的試制評估、優(yōu)化改進、問題糾正等;
2. 承擔(dān)部門團隊管理工作
2.1 制定部門計劃,明確具體的工作任務(wù)、責(zé)任人和相關(guān)要求;
2.2 編制、完善、執(zhí)行部門內(nèi)的各項規(guī)章制度與流程,并指導(dǎo)部門員工的日常工作;

客戶質(zhì)量經(jīng)理 tasks:
builds relationship with customer qm functions and communicate with them regarding of quality topic pro-actively.
clarifies and reviews customer system requirements based on the schaeffler system. trains and coaches colleagues regarding customer specific system requirements.

-assist in investigation of the replaced parts and customers' complaints cooperating with quality division (with r&d center or parts suppliers) on the service center or other places
?support field fi_ method for service center (4s / dealers) by cooperating with related teams in hq of korea
?lead new car quality inspection of port or service centers
?assist in high tech or hard-to-solve issue of service center to deal with customer complaints properly
?manage customer's voc (technical consultation or complaints) related with service & quality and support customer satisfaction improvement
?support workshop development of service channel (equipment / space / technical support)
?perform other occasional tasks and activities related to separated service center roles & responsibility

職責(zé)描述:
1.根據(jù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,規(guī)劃并搭建適應(yīng)公司發(fā)展的采購體系與質(zhì)量管理體系。
2.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求,搭建并管理采購、質(zhì)量團隊,通過人才培養(yǎng)和機制推動,打造有風(fēng)清氣正、嚴(yán)謹高效的采購與質(zhì)量隊伍,構(gòu)建適應(yīng)公司發(fā)展的采購與質(zhì)量人才梯隊。
3.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求,構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò),定期開展供方管理評估和持續(xù)優(yōu)化工作;牽頭開展供應(yīng)商目錄管理,儲備及優(yōu)選初步符合條件的有競爭力的供應(yīng)商,根據(jù)需求及時尋源引進有競爭力供應(yīng)商,動態(tài)提升供應(yīng)商網(wǎng)絡(luò)競爭力水平。
4. 全面負責(zé)公司采購業(yè)務(wù),推動采購定點及時完成,采取有效措施推進采購降本,確保公司需求物料供應(yīng)及時。
5.負責(zé)公司質(zhì)量目標(biāo)制定,并采取措施,促使相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門通過努力達成既定的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。6.全面負責(zé)公司質(zhì)量管控業(yè)務(wù),采取措施持續(xù)穩(wěn)定和提升零部件質(zhì)量;牽頭開展新產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)入質(zhì)量管理、產(chǎn)品制造過程質(zhì)量控制及整車質(zhì)量檢驗與控制工作;根據(jù)制造過程質(zhì)量問題與市場信息反饋,牽頭以問題分析和閉環(huán)的方式開展質(zhì)量改進工作,在兼顧成本的前提下持續(xù)提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
7.參與公司“三重一大”事項討論、決策。
8.完成公司臨時指派的其他工作任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1.本科以上學(xué)歷,有15年以上汽車及相關(guān)行業(yè)采購、供應(yīng)鏈管理和質(zhì)量工作領(lǐng)域從業(yè)經(jīng)歷,有采購團隊、供應(yīng)鏈管理團隊或質(zhì)量管理團隊負責(zé)人以上職位3年以上工作經(jīng)驗。
2.熟悉ts16949、iatf16949等質(zhì)量管理體系,了解質(zhì)量五大工具的運用。
3. 熟悉汽車零部件供應(yīng)商分布,有良好的供應(yīng)商資源。
4.熟悉汽車及零部件行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,了解行業(yè)新技術(shù)、新材料的運用。
5.具備較強的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、商務(wù)談判能力、人際交往能力。
