職位描述:

你將做什么

協(xié)助上級負責(zé)華南區(qū)域各個項目的市場調(diào)研分析、品牌策劃推廣等工作。

你的主要責(zé)任包括,但不限于:

1.根據(jù)公司項目要求,負責(zé)綜合體及商業(yè)地產(chǎn)各方面的區(qū)域文化歷史及生活方式的信息收集、資料整理、分析工作;

2.針對內(nèi)地及國際類似綜合發(fā)展商業(yè)項目及社區(qū)營運標桿案例進行分析研究;

3.完成對市場競爭項目的調(diào)研,深入分析對手的品牌定位、空間策劃、營運策略、客戶策略等;

4.根據(jù)市場調(diào)研及分析,完成項目品牌定位、商業(yè)概念創(chuàng)意、公共空間及社區(qū)營運等多維度策劃報告及方案;

5.完成上級交辦的其他工作。

你是誰

你是一個社科知識豐富、有較強文字分析能力,可獨立撰寫商業(yè)項目策劃方案報告的專業(yè)人士。

你的專業(yè)經(jīng)驗和關(guān)鍵能力將包括,但不限于:

1.房地產(chǎn)、社會科學(xué)、市場營銷、廣告學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;

2.5年以上商業(yè)地產(chǎn)、綜合體的市場調(diào)研分析定位、產(chǎn)品研發(fā)等策劃定位工作經(jīng)驗;

3.具備相應(yīng)的文化休閑行為等社會科學(xué)知識、房地產(chǎn)調(diào)研、策劃、渠道等相關(guān)專業(yè)知識;具備定位報告、推廣策略報告等文案撰寫經(jīng)驗及策劃方案口頭表達經(jīng)驗;

4.熟悉房地產(chǎn)市場及相關(guān)政策,對綜合體及商業(yè)地產(chǎn)項目的產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃設(shè)計、市場定位等專業(yè)流程具有良好的專業(yè)認知水平。
